Shipping is Free for your Overland Vehicle Systems awning via a common carrier.  Please note that you will be required to be present at the time of the delivery of your awning.  The carrier will call to set up a delivery time and the estimated delivery time will be approximately 1 – 2 weeks after the carrier picks up your Roof Top Tent order from Overland Vehicle Systems.u003cbru003eu003cbru003eWe recommend you inspect your Overland Vehicle Systems awning prior to the delivery driver’s departure.  If the awning appears to be damaged, please note the damage on the freight bill as this will aid in the replacement/return process of your awning refused delivery.  Please understand it is not the driver’s responsibility to bring the awning into your garage, house, backyard or anywhere closer to your house from the curb. Additionally, the driver will not assist in the unpacking or set up of your awning. Delivery of awning is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Overland Vehicle Systems’ 4-year warranty covers all of their tents. The warranty will be serviced by Overland Vehicle Systems and not Gorilla Dirt.

You can initiate a return for most new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.* You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery). We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
