Hello! Please note, our return/refund policy is based on the fact that we are a small business, a small studio, and don’t have the resources of a billion dollar a year company. Our goal is to provide you guys the best experience we can as you guys are supporting our small studio.
Up to 60 days return (unless specified longer)
Anything can be returned with our 60-day return option unless a specific product has a noted 90 or longer return window except outlet products or other specifically noted products. Gorilla Dirt orders can be returned provided they are unused and include any originally attached tags, aside from removing from the packaging to check out. If they come back stained from wear and use, washed, covered in dog hair, or any reason we see as it being used, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Items must be returned in the original packaging.
External brands we carry might have more or less warranty. Any manufacturer defects are covered under their warranty. Please get in touch with them for warranty service. If you have issues, please get in touch with us and we will assist.
Damage or Defects
Please inspect every item immediately upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if there are any issues. Any item can be returned due to damage during shipping or a defect in the manufacturing process. These are out of your control and we understand this. We may request photos of damage or defect before approving a return.
This does not cover damage you create. If you use a product outside of it’s intended use, or in an unreasonable way, it will not be covered.
Exchanges and Refunds
Exchanges for unused or defective items can be exchanged. Once we receive your request please allow us to verify everything and get instructions to you to return your item.
Approved refunds typically take about 24-48 hours after we receive the returned item and payment is refunded back onto the payment source you originally used, i.e. credit card or PayPal.
Return Shipping & Labels
At this time, we cannot offer free return shipping. We are a small studio and simply cannot pay for everyone’s returns.
Please note: A small return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping for standard size/weight packages when your return is mailed using the prepaid shipping label provided. Please see info below.
Phone cases – $5 fee if shipped back in in original packaging or the same size packaging.
Apparel – $7 fee if shipped back in in original packaging or the same size packaging.
Blankets – $10 fee if shipped back in in original packaging or the same size packaging.
If any items are shipped back in larger packages, oversized packages, and extra fee may be deducted.
If you have larger items or special circumstances, let us know, we’ll work something out and get it squared away.
As a small studio, we are eating some of the return costs already, but if you, for example, place a phone case in a giant box, we get hit with a large postage fee. Help us out please by returning items in their original size shipping package or smaller. We greatly appreciate that!
**NOTE** We are currently testing a new return label system. You may be asked to provide your own shipping label during this time. If so, you will not be deducted anything from your return.

Just in case you didn’t read through our full return policy, please note that we are a small business and cannot afford to pay for everyone’s return shipping. We typically respond within a few hours if not much sooner. If you do not hear back from us within a few hours, please be patient with us as we are a small studio and it can get busy. We ALWAYS respond.
