Gorilla Dirt was formed around the idea of Getting Dirty and Staying Dirty. We expect all our dirty customers to be using our products on all our adventures. We also expect our gear might get a bit worn. How can we encourage are customers to use our gear in all these dirty situations and not help out.
Basically, certain Gorilla Dirt brand gear is covered under our Gear Renewal Policy. If you wear out this specific gear, we’ll help you replace it with a new one at deep discount. Below is a list of gear that is covered, how much the current discount is and the time period for renewal.

This whole program is based on the honor system and unfortunately we have to be sure it isn’t abused so we can keep it going. So the photos should clearly show the usage of the item and how it is worn out. Proof should be an order number or contact info so we can look up your order. If the info does not match, we can’t renew the item.
Yes, we do not offer paid shipping to you in order for you to send us the worn item. You will need to provide your own shipping.
We will send you a discount code that is tied to you and that particular product. It can’t be used for something else.
If an item is out of stock you can either wait for the item to come back in stock, or you can choose another variation of the product. If we no longer carry that item in any variation, then unfortunately we cannot renew it.
