Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 days and arrive within 5 to 10 days, depending on your location. Our flat rate shipping uses USPS.

Most items have a 30 day return for unused items. There are a few items that have up to 90 days or longer. Those has a specified return guarantee time in the product details.

Get in touch with us as soon as you can. If the item has not already shipped, we can get that updated for you.

The best way to track your order is to create a free account with us. We never sell or give away any customer info. Otherwise we have an order look-up page here.

We currently ship to states with the U.S., including Puerto Rico, as well as Canada. We are working to add additional destinations.

We are a small studio so we use a couple different shipping services to help us get some items out. We specify on the product pages whether that item will ship from our headquarters in Murphys, CA or from an external source. Because of this, you may receive more than one tracking ID and package.

All Gorilla Dirt brand products are designed and tested by us in Murphys, CA. We use multiple manufacturers and textile companies to help us create our own products. They are located in the USA, Vietnam, China and Germany. We vet all manufacturers and do not sell any items that we are not good with and that pass our tests locally – regardless of manufacturer location.

We are campers, overlanders and adventurers just like you. We take all our items on trips with us before selling to ensure they are good to go.
