Gear: Small pot, chopsticks/spoon, camp stove
Ingredients:
- 1 pack instant ramen (ditch the flavor packet)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup beef jerky or pre-cooked meat
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha or chili sauce
- Optional: green onion, sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Boil water, add ramen noodles and carrots.
- After 2 minutes, stir in soy sauce and sriracha.
- Crack the egg into the broth. Cover and cook 2–3 more minutes.
- Stir in jerky slices and top with extras.

Crack your egg into a sealed container before heading out for no-shell mess.
