Trail Ranger 35ºF Sleeping Bag Temperature Rating

The temperature rating should be looked at as a guideline as everyone sleeps differently, some hotter, some colder. We tested these sleeping bags at a low temperature of 20ºF and a high temperature of 40ºF. We found the optimal comfort for most testers to be around 32ºF to 40ºF. This temperature rating was based on wearing a base layer of shorts and a tee.

Manifesto / What We Stand For

We are the dirt-scarred, trail-tested, and campfire-born.

We’re the ones who find beauty in mud-splattered fenders, peace in a night sky lit by nothing but stars, and strength in knowing the wilderness doesn’t care—but we do.

This isn’t just gear. This is a flag you fly, a badge you wear, a sign that says: I’m one of you.

When you roll with Gorilla Dirt, you’re not just buying a product—you’re stepping into the tribe.

Hi John. We had it up for pre-order but didn't meet the needed volume. This is a niche bag and us being a small studio, we weren't able to get it out in front of enough people. Having said this, we are still planning on releasing it. We just created new hood designs for the bag to be customized. We plan to get these made later this summer without the need for a pre-order.

Just in the sack, these are roughly 14 inches long and about 7 to 8 inches wide. Compressed, we've had these down to 9 or 10 inches. We probably could have gone down smaller.

Hi. Since these are rectangular in shape, the entire width is approximately 33", except for the top of the mummy head where it curves.
