Early-Bird Rover XP Duffel Bag Pre-Order Timeline (Pre-orders that were charged on August 31st)

• Pre-orders will be available until August 30, 2025. If we have sold enough, your payment method will be billed on this date.
• Production for the new duffels is expected to take approximately 45 days, so we anticipate receiving the duffels from our manufacturer around October 15, 2025.
• Once we have the duffels, we will start shipping them out in the order that we received them. We expect it to take anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks to ship them all, just in time for the Christmas holiday.

Late Rover XP Duffel Bag Pre-Order Timeline (Pre-orders that will be charged on September 30th)

• Late pre-orders will be available until Sept 30, 2025. You will be charged on this date, Sept 30, 2025.
• Production for the new duffels is expected to take approximately 45 days from Aug 31st, so we anticipate receiving the duffels from our manufacturer around October 15, 2025.
• Once we have the duffels, we will start shipping the early-bird pre-orders out in the order that we received them. We expect to start shipping any late pre-orders by November 15th, and like the Early Bird orders, we will ship them out in the order we received them. Once late pre-orders end, we will not accept any more orders until we have fulfilled all pre-orders.

Our Rover XP Duffel bag comes with a 90-day guarantee. If the duffel fails in any way due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it.

We also expect you guys to use and abuse this duffel. If used enough, it will eventually, at some point, wear out. Anyone who purchases a Rover XP Duffel can replace their old or used mat at 20% off retail. Just contact us so we can look up your original order, shoot us a photo of your beat-up duffel,uffle and we’ll send you a code to get another at a 20% discount. Details can be found on our Gear Renewal page. If we run out or cancel a product, we will not be able to replace yours.
