Meet the Expedition Orange Rover Expedition Series Puffy Blanket. The warmest, softest, and most overbuilt blanket we’ve ever made. This is a one-time production run. We’re only making however many are sold during this pre-order. When it’s gone, it’s gone for good.

Built for Cold Nights, Long Roads, and Everything After

Designed for overlanding, camping, travel, RV life, and everyday comfort, the Expedition Orange Puffy Blanket bridges the gap between rugged gear and all-day comfort.

We doubled the synthetic insulation to 200gsm fill, wrapped it in a water-resistant peach-skin polyester shell, and finished the back with luxuriously soft tan sherpa fleece. The result is a blanket that feels equally at home in the dirt or on the couch.

This is the first release in our Rover Expedition Series. Each future drop will be a different colorway or design. None will be repeated.

The utility loops let you stake it down, hang it up, or secure it in windy conditions. The sherpa fleece traps heat while the outer shell blocks moisture and wind.

Pre-Order Details

This blanket is available by pre-order only. Please review the timeline below.

• January 22, 2026 – we begin taking pre-orders.
• February 22, 2026 – pre-orders end, and all pre-order payment methods are charged.
• February 24, 2026 – manufacturing begins of these blankets.
• April 24, 2026 – we expect to start shipping orders out in the order that we received them. We are expecting a large volume of orders for these, so it could take us a good 30 days to get the last of the orders out. So please be patient with us during this time.
