Dust gets into everything out here — except what’s locked inside a D.B.S. dry box. The 95-quart box seals tight against trail dust and water with a military-grade gasket, so your tools, food, and recovery gear come out the way they went in. Two heavy-duty latches and two locking points clamp the weighted lid down, and a built-in drain clears any meltwater or rain that finds its way on top.

Built to Get Kicked Around

Molded from heavy-duty LLDPE polyethylene with built-in strength ridges, the D.B.S. takes a beating — strapped to a bed rack, bouncing down washboard, buried under a pile of gear. Two ballistic handles make it easy to haul two-handed, and the dark grey shell hides the scuffs that prove you actually use it. There’s even a bottle opener molded into the body for when camp’s finally set.

95 quarts of sealed storage. The exterior runs 31.1″ wide x 18.3″ deep x 16.8″ tall, with a roomy 25″ x 12.25″ x 12″ interior plus a shallow lid cavity for flat items. At 27 lbs empty it hauls loaded but stays solid enough to stack and use as a camp surface.
