What You’ll Need:
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded or thin slices
- Tortilla chips or crackers
- Optional: jalapeño flakes or hot sauce powder
Directions:
- Dehydrate shredded cheese at home or use baked cheese crisps.
- Toss into a bag with tortilla chips and seasoning.
- The cheese is also great with nuts and crackers.
- Munch while on the trail or use the cheese as a topper on chili or soup.
