Camp Stove Chicken Alfredo Recipe

Gear: Medium pot, spatula, camp stove


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb fettuccine or any pasta
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken (canned, vacuum-packed, or pre-grilled)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk or powdered milk mix
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan
  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta in salted water. Drain, set aside.
  2. In the same pot, melt butter. Add milk and seasonings.
  3. Stir in Parmesan to create a creamy sauce.
  4. Toss in chicken and pasta. Mix until coated and heated through.

Use shelf-stable Parmesan wedges or powdered cheese for long trips.
