Shipping Info
Most orders ship via USPS within 1–5 business days. Phone cases and some other items ship from our U.S. partner; everything else ships from our HQ in Murphys, CA. If your order ships from both, you’ll get a split notice and separate tracking emails. Larger items like roof top tents and awnings ship by freight and may take longer. It feels really cheap and the paint is coming off on the corners wouldn’t recommend to anyone won’t be wasting my money on another product
Hi Jonathan. Thanks for your purchase. I am sorry the case didn’t meet expectations. These cases do have a 100% polycarbonate shell, plus the liner. They are lightweight, but very durable. We’ve never had one returned because of breakage. As far as the design printing having issues, that is not common and if you are having issues with that, please feel free to get in touch at [email protected]. If you send us some photos showing the defect, we’ll get that remedied.
