Description
The Gorilla Dirt Desert Cactus MagSafe Phone Case is a dual-layer iPhone case combining a polycarbonate outer shell with a thermoplastic polyurethane inner liner, designed for MagSafe® magnetic attachment and induction wireless charging. It is compatible with 16 iPhone models spanning the iPhone 14 through iPhone 17 lineup.
Polycarbonate Shell Over TPU Liner
The Desert Cactus MagSafe Phone Case builds its protection from two distinct layers of material. The outer shell is polycarbonate — a hard, impact-resistant plastic. The inner liner is thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), a flexible material that absorbs shock. Together, the two layers form a dual-layer case construction. Port openings are precisely aligned to the device’s buttons and ports, so nothing is blocked or misaligned. The exterior finish is matte.
Built-In MagSafe® Magnets and Wireless Charging
According to Gorilla Dirt, the Desert Cactus MagSafe Phone Case is built with integrated MagSafe® magnets that enable secure attachment to MagSafe-compatible accessories and faster wireless charging speeds compared to standard induction charging without MagSafe alignment. The case is also induction charging-compatible for use with standard Qi wireless chargers. MagSafe® is a registered technology developed by Apple; this case is designed to be compatible with it.
Desert Cactus Graphic — Appearance Only
The Desert Cactus colorway features a cactus-themed graphic print. This is a visual design element only. The graphic does not affect grip, protection, or any functional characteristic of the case. Keep the case away from liquids containing high alcohol concentrations, as this may cause the printed design to rub off. Keep the case away from prolonged direct sunlight to prevent yellowing of the case material.

Case Surface
All our cases, except for our silicon cases, have a smooth surface. These need to be smooth so that our designs can be placed on them. Tacky surfaces will not allow this. These do allow the cases to easily slide into a pocket or bag, but do make them slick to hold.

It's a phone case for people who don't sit still. Slip it on Monday morning and remember the trail you ran Saturday. Small reminder, every time you check the time, that you're not built for fluorescent lights.
