Fire-Grilled Sausage & Pepper Foil Packs Recipe


What You’ll Need:

  • 2 smoked sausages (e.g. kielbasa or andouille), sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: red chili flakes or Italian seasoning

Directions:

  1. Toss all ingredients in a bowl or zip bag to coat with oil and seasoning.
  2. Wrap in a double layer of foil.
  3. Grill over medium campfire heat for 15–20 min, flipping occasionally.
  4. Serve in the foil or over rice or bread.
