What You’ll Need:
- 2 smoked sausages (e.g. kielbasa or andouille), sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: red chili flakes or Italian seasoning
Directions:
- Toss all ingredients in a bowl or zip bag to coat with oil and seasoning.
- Wrap in a double layer of foil.
- Grill over medium campfire heat for 15–20 min, flipping occasionally.
- Serve in the foil or over rice or bread.
