Gear: Medium pot, spatula, camp stove
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb fettuccine or any pasta
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken (canned, vacuum-packed, or pre-grilled)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk or powdered milk mix
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan
- Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Instructions:
- Cook pasta in salted water. Drain, set aside.
- In the same pot, melt butter. Add milk and seasonings.
- Stir in Parmesan to create a creamy sauce.
- Toss in chicken and pasta. Mix until coated and heated through.
