Gorilla Dirt sells outdoor gear, apparel, accessories, phone cases, camping products, and other goods through our website.

We do our best to accurately display product photographs, colors, dimensions, specifications, and descriptions. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, lighting, manufacturing variations, and other factors.

The advertised product price does not include applicable sales tax or reasonable shipping charges, which may be calculated and displayed during checkout.
We do not add hidden mandatory processing or handling fees to advertised product prices.

Preorders & Backorders
Certain Gorilla Dirt products may be offered as preorders or backorders.
When purchasing one of these products, the product page will provide the expected production or shipping timeframe known to us at that time.
Preorder and backorder dates are estimates and may change because of manufacturing, transportation, customs, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a material delay occurs, we will provide any notices, cancellation options, or refunds required by applicable law.
Products identified as preorder or backorder items should not be expected to ship according to our normal in-stock shipping schedule.
Returns & Refunds
Eligible unused products may generally be returned within 60 days of purchase, subject to the requirements and exclusions described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Products may be removed from their packaging for reasonable inspection unless otherwise stated, but returned products must remain unused and in returnable condition.
Certain customized, personalized, final-sale, clearance, hygiene-sensitive, or otherwise identified products may not be eligible for return.

Manufacturing Defects
If a Gorilla Dirt product arrives defective or experiences a manufacturing defect, contact us.
Depending on the circumstances, we may repair the product, replace it, provide a comparable replacement, issue store credit, or provide a refund when appropriate or required by law.
Normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, improper care, modification, and damage unrelated to manufacturing are not considered manufacturing defects.

Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions, coupons, discount codes, free-shipping offers, giveaways, rewards, and similar offers may have additional terms and expiration dates.

Gorilla Crew & Rewards

Points, rewards, discounts, and similar benefits have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise.
