We want you to be happy with your Gorilla Dirt gear. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.
60-Day Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 60 days of purchase.
Products must be unused and in returnable condition.
You may remove an item from its packaging to reasonably inspect it. Simply opening the package does not automatically make an otherwise eligible product nonreturnable.
Products showing signs of use, damage, modification, excessive wear, or improper care may not qualify for a standard return.
Changed Your Mind?
No problem.
If an eligible product isn’t right for you, submit a return request within 60 days of purchase.
Unless otherwise required by law or stated by Gorilla Dirt, return shipping for a change-of-mind return may be the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping charges are generally not refundable unless the return resulted from our error, a defective product, or applicable law requires otherwise.
Manufacturing Defects
If your product has a manufacturing defect, contact us.
Depending on the product and circumstances, we may repair it, replace it, provide a comparable replacement, issue store credit, or provide a refund when appropriate.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, modifications, and damage unrelated to manufacturing are not manufacturing defects.
Wrong or Damaged Item
If we shipped the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please include your order number and photographs when applicable so we can get the problem sorted out.
When Gorilla Dirt is responsible for the error, we will cover the appropriate return or replacement shipping costs.
Nonreturnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for standard returns, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Items specifically identified as final sale
- Used products
- Products damaged through misuse or modification
- Certain hygiene-sensitive products once used
Any product-specific return restriction will be disclosed where appropriate.
Preorders & Backorders
Cancellation and refund rights for preorder or backorder products may depend on whether production or fulfillment has begun and on applicable law.
If a preorder or backorder experiences a material shipping delay, Gorilla Dirt will provide any notice, cancellation opportunity, or refund required by applicable law.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we’ll process the applicable refund.
Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund after Gorilla Dirt processes it.
Exchanges
When exchanges are available, product availability cannot be guaranteed.
In some cases, the easiest solution may be to return the original item and place a new order.

Please provide:
- Your name
- Order number
- Product being returned
- Reason for the return
- Photographs if the item is defective or damaged
